1. Order Cancellation

- After Processing: Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are accepted only if the clothing is returned in a non-worn condition. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Return Process: To return an item, please contact us at help-desk@poshakpair.com for instructions. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
